Are they really the World's Ten Biggest Metropolitan Areas (cities)? If you tell me to pick a city from them to live, I will pick Tokyo Japan. I don't know why. I love Japan since I visit there years ago.

) A/ s4 L* A8 ~! w6 `! d3 ctvb now,tvbnow,bttvbThe parameters are based on size and population density, am I am sure HK is one of the most densily populated city, but in terms of size, HK is too small to be counted as a metropolis though.- `  B0 b/ @% ~/ x  i  l5 v. N- {
Big has nothing to do with the quality of life there either.  I think Vienna is still the most livable city.  I know of someone who goes there for 2-3 weeks every years, what a good choice.
