U got 130 Kb/s or U actually meant 130 KB/s.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb; i+ _  `' R8 ?; f4 V

However, I would suggest you revert back to Utorrent 1.7 or 1.6. Actually lots of people prefers 1.6.
