BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76* G" z, e4 a% C4 |" x

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ [& B' {: K! s- r+ g1 _& p  I; u
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.+ T2 _1 ?# I% {- Q8 s% s
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
: T' c8 r% P" |6 f) M, f; ^3 }3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.公仔箱論壇, U2 P" m8 e' M- o
4) The version , you have is not good." o# `, G1 d% T: m/ Z* Q! W, ^, ^
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ( ?! P7 w# F( [2 O  h3 X4 Q. B
7 u( |! _6 X: h  j
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
