BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
2 n8 x6 l/ l. L# e( l1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇8 `/ N! {* u6 x* r
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
  R6 |" b) _" S2 d- ?. Q3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.0 l, i1 {8 `$ {
4) The version , you have is not good./ x2 j6 J  F' O
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。0 m. I2 ~# i/ }- u2 T, ~7 f, ]

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
