BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76. }9 O2 w0 @" T# `6 s. O
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% Z4 [2 X# r& X  A6 ~, ]& ]" [& ~
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- S# H* h' Q1 i  P" h1 ~4 z
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
2 @5 U3 j( O- Y4 j& Z) z. ntvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. 5.39.217.767 ~! p# @5 Q$ b% s4 ~6 ]1 O

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
