BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
: ~. I8 q7 @; f% {* o4 E5.39.217.761) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.& C) t0 T: a! ~7 u3 x
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
+ @4 d, g9 G2 P, N5.39.217.763) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
