BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，5.39.217.76( y$ f4 k0 D. j7 g+ _, @+ @

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.6 s! R* U& a/ P" f) G& W1 z6 x2 t
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.公仔箱論壇" h2 W4 [- q# R( y# ?, {
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.4 m/ z5 M' G7 N. O
3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
' q9 f; v+ R$ Z1 n# F0 {* r. x) H7 ctvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。8 J9 Z; U" d2 I4 I7 W

+ q/ A8 v( l8 P/ e6 M$ U" ITry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
