BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
9 {/ s, Y& P# G公仔箱論壇1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.
) X: }& A1 S. d5 s- n6 W* h公仔箱論壇2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
( X7 n* n) ]+ Y! H公仔箱論壇3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.
/ p* a+ c5 ]2 q3 L- G; k! p3 t4) The version , you have is not good.
6 D4 X9 _8 h3 n( B1 T) t5 bUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
0 E% C9 a7 }5 A" z. z& {tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

7 b' z- l0 o9 ~" L" ^! I" R% GTry a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
