BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.  K" J  E$ ?3 T7 h
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! S/ k9 q# S$ y4 [! b. k7 o9 r2 E, Y
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
& l( X! V) U3 C; I- n1 Y  F+ l- ^TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.9 G. B' D3 P) q) {) q7 O" d
4) The version , you have is not good.公仔箱論壇  S, Z' W( H8 z- G7 V3 b) G
Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
' ]- V1 T  p; f- \* Dtvb now,tvbnow,bttvbI know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. " ^& c  C% ^/ @7 L9 {

$ z, c2 g& N4 ~8 x  _Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
