In France and Swiss, I tried 400+ for the bt download
  Z9 R4 Y' u4 }3 M$ ^5 K5.39.217.76Vienna, Austria got 200+
7 O% y# n1 ^$ K4 m7 c  E5 R4 @! H7 X1 m* D2 }9 C
KL area, max is 200+ and normal speed before this week is 100+, now is only 20+

waliao, hong kong so fast....try 2 get harddisk wif bigger buffer size. This can reduce the writting and reading on hdd.
