3. Make Sure you have NEWEST Ipod Updater installed into your computer (if not download it in Apple.com)
* D8 u4 b( t0 ]9 ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb4. Unzip Both Ipod Wizard and Windows Vista Theme into your DESKTOPtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% e% {5 c ]+ [" M% l0 F3 \
5. Open Ipod Wizard and click OPEN UPDATER on the top and target it to your ipod updater (make sure you install Ipod Upadter First)
5 g3 ^9 l' R; Q% e, c6. Next to the OPEN UPDATER button there should be a window that let you choose the Firmware of the ipod
6 m2 m+ a# y- ~/ j7 B5.39.217.767. Select the 5th Genertation iPod 13.6.1.2

10. Target it to the folder where you unzip the THEME which should be on your destop

12. Plug in iPod video

14. go back to Ipod Wizard and click DOWNGRADE FIRMWARE5.39.217.763 n$ ?! q* C# ]$ M& s! e
15. now go back to Ipod Updater and click UPDATE5.39.217.76( \/ t5 ^3 W! F/ U
