BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，

我的问题是圣诞节前两三天开始的，用Bitlord 1.1，来自槟城，马来西亚.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb+ @4 |$ |3 r" j, D3 e' O
TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。1 [( ~+ c5 b7 ]

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.2 }+ G7 C0 h' x: L
1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.! q2 K8 k3 b7 Z" G3 W6 b. }
2) not many people are down loading the same topic.
+ B' V0 p3 J0 L' V8 ^5 @3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.5.39.217.76- {. ~( i7 k+ {. X, f
4) The version , you have is not good.
5 x% l; a9 w8 ~tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbUsually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.
" C2 Z6 M2 ]5 l; G5 }- D- f2 b公仔箱論壇I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection. ' @# V2 V2 ~' k4 \" w8 E5 {4 P
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& h5 R8 x/ P- m$ o2 P: z! d3 I
Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
