BT very Slow !!! Can't Download Anything !!!

有Peers有Seed,但是下载永远都是0kb/s,连续开着机两三天，一点东西都没下载到，反而开网页就没问题，TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。! ]  c; n( ?0 y7 u% W+ x
我想知道你们有没有这个问题？几时开始的？用什么软件？来自什么地方?5.39.217.764 ?! J* v3 n: ^' z, O

If your bt is slow, it could be a number of causes.
6 v- L. A9 ]6 E, g# p# Q! ?+ z1) isp is not function properly, they may have temporary restricted your bandwidth.

3) you need to tweak your bt, dependin on which version, u`ve got.1 ?5 J8 d$ X! L# B8 e; |$ I

Usually its the 1st one. A good bt site is, Utorrent prog, simular to btcomet, etc.

I'm currently having the same problem.公仔箱論壇  g* f7 U$ |5 S% S
I know that a lot of ISP around the world is starting to restrict bt downloading. They somehow knows if you are using BT and starts to throttle your connection.

Try a software called "TOR (The Onion Router)". Not with really good speed but better than 0-1kB/s. It gives me [20-50kB/s] after install.
