New Milan signing Philippe Senderos is delighted with his switch to San Siro and he cannot wait to get started as he looks towards a Scudetto challenge.
The stopper arrived from the Gunners on a loan initially with the right for Milan to make his move permanent next season.
Senderos is now looking forward to his new Italian adventure as he tries to make an impact with the Rossoneri.
“I am delighted to join Milan, it’s a team that a player can never say no to,” Senderos told Il Corriere Dello Sport.
“I am fine physically and now we will have to see how training goes and then we will analyse and see what happens next.
“The Scudetto? When you come to a club like Milan you have to aim for everything.”
23-year-old Senderos made 74 Premiership appearances, scoring four goals, since signing for Arsenal from Servette in December 2002.
The defender no longer seemed a part of Arsene Wenger’s plans at the Emirates this term, especially after the Gunners signed Mikael Silvestre from Manchester United last week.
