File only download 99.8%!!!NEED HELP!

I got this problem...the file only download to 99.8%, and it stops!!Please help me!!and the bt torrent starting not to download as fast anymore...and it stops very often...and only up to 99.8%, please help desperately !

在一個電影下載到99.9％的時候，你見它不下載了，現在可以在“迅雷”中刪除這個電影任務（切記，只刪除任務，別把檔也一起刪除了）
( D+ |4 ]& A! p5 T) W4 E( o8 I$ O公仔箱論壇然後，到你的下載目錄中，找到這個檔，這是，你看到你的電影後面有“.td”，和“.td.cfg”這兩個檔,你可以放心的將尾碼為“.td.cfg”的檔刪除tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  b  y# |& V, n9 u3 m
然後將另一個“.td”的這個檔，就是你的電影檔啦，可以將“.td”這個尾碼去掉之後方可觀看此電影
