After break up Birthday

This is my second birthday after we broke up ... 6 O! Z8 h( @* f+ Y: E
if your ex call you 2 days early b4 your birthday and told you that shes not gonna call you and say Happy Birthday on the day of your birthday.. wut does that mean?
