IBM收购Arsenal

据国外媒体报道，IBM已经同意收购 Arsenal数字解决方案公司，但没有对外透露交易的金融细节。
IBM表示，Arsenal数字解决方案公司是美国一家私有企业，该公司提供有求必应的数据保护服务，能够使企业安全的管理数据并提供远程数据备份系统。受多种条件限制，预期交易将在明年三月份完成，
作为IBM目前名为“商务连续和备份服务”(BCRS)部门的一部分，收购后该公司将成为IBM全球技术服务分部。Arsenal数字解决方案公司拥有3400家客户，这些客户遍布全球12个国家的60多个数据中心。IBM公司BCRS部门副总裁Philippe Jarre说：“信息保护是目前企业必须的选择。”
IBM希望收购后Arsenal的技术将帮助公司向企业提供更好的数据管理服务，目前越来越多的企业担心数据保护和遵守监管。IBM称，它提供的数据保护和备份服务将面向全球各种规模的企业，其中包括中小企业。

i think if IBM really buy the arsenal share,arsenal jessey also wont put IBM la...because the sponser of the jessey is Emirates la....so,wont change it until their contract end la....but i duno how long their sponsorship contract la....

i hope arsenal's jersey front logo can b sum logo instead of words la...like mu de "AIG",so cheap. do like las time de "o2".ibm got any nice logo?

That would only be [IBM] three charecters. Wish to remind you that every club jessey would have their Europe Top Designer's to design it and we are not in the position to comments on others. Thank you.
