加布里埃尔.阿邦拉霍承认听到阿森纳对他感兴趣消息开心极了，但他强调说他不会离开阿斯顿维拉。

这位英格兰U21的前锋本赛季状态不错，有报道说他吸引了阿瑟.温格的注意。

有人认为他可能在一月份以1500万英镑的身价转会，但他坚持说根本没这事。

“很高兴听到这个，但这事纯属猜测。”他告诉伯明翰邮报，“我想听到这种事应该是很开心的，但在有人告诉我这消息前，我对此事一无所知。”

“不过我现在根本就不想这件事情。这只是个传言，我不想对此说的太多。”

阿邦拉霍在四月份才与维拉签订一份为期四年的合同，他正在享受目前的成功，没有打算离开俱乐部。

他解释说：“我为家乡的球队踢球，在维拉我每件事都很顺利。本赛季我已经攻入5球，并且希望在下场对米德尔斯堡的比赛中能够继续进球。”

“我在维拉十分开心，我是本地人，我正在享受我的足球，我没有离开的理由。”

Gabriel Agbonlahor has admitted it is nice to hear of interest from Arsenal, but has stressed that he is fully committed to Aston Villa.


The England Under 21 forward has been in fine form this season and has reportedly attracted the attention of Arsene Wenger.

He has been linked with a £15million move in January, but insists there is nothing in the story.


"It's flattering to hear but that sort of thing is purely speculation," he told the Birmingham Mail. "I suppose it's nice to know, but I didn't even know about it until I was told.


"But I'm not even thinking about that. I don't really want to say too much because it's just a rumour."

Agbonlahor, who signed a four-year deal with Villa in April, is enjoying his current success and has no plans to leave the club.


He explained: "I'm playing for my hometown club and things are going really well for me at Villa. I've scored five goals already this season and hopefully I can keep that up in the next game against Middlesbrough.


"I'm definitely happy at Villa. I'm a local lad and I'm enjoying my football. There's no reason why I'd want to leave."
