（吉隆坡29日訊）工程部副部長拿督楊昆賢說，政府已經撥出2億令吉，作為6條大道過路費不上漲的賠償金。
, e# D1 t2 q" |* n他今日在國會下議院總統2011供應法案委員會階段部門辯論時指出，其中南北大道（PLUS）的賠償金為5千萬令吉、安隆大道（AKLEH）1千800萬令吉、西部疏散大道（SPRINT）1千800萬令吉、白蒲大道（LDP）2千300萬令吉、新班底大道400萬令吉及新巴生海峽繞道（LPSKB）400萬令吉。

他指出，儘管政府宣佈這些大道在未來5年內不起價，但政府仍受大道特許經營權合約約束，因此不調漲過路費，並不意味不須作出賠償。
1 }9 t. |2 o$ g: Z楊昆賢在總結時，行動黨華都牙也區國會議員馮寶君窮追不捨，一直要求工程部解釋南北大道屬下4條大道過路費不上漲，政府究竟要賠還是不賠事宜。
# r% T  _+ M( v! P  n) Ftvb now,tvbnow,bttvb馮寶君說，首相署部長丹斯里諾莫哈末耶谷曾表示，馬友乃德集團有限公司（UEM Group）與公積金局聯手收購南北大道，將成立一家公司重組公司及探討大合約，所以政府無需4條大道在未來5年不起價做出賠償；可是，馬友乃德及公積局卻說，政府需在5年內賠償50億令吉給該公司，這兩者究竟誰在說謊？

行動黨怡保西區國會議員古拉則說，“你究竟懂不懂？”，而沙登區國會議員張念群也站起來詢問另一條大道的情況。

大道公司 every year earn money, because most of people have to use it, you can't escape most of the toll, especially at KL .

this pm got brain already, they don't allow government to increase the tolls, and most of the citizen will not make noise coz no increment of the tolls.....but they use another EASY WAY to take from us....that is straight away take from citizen money (which the tax we paid yearly and daily).....
