雲吞麵 is the best noodle in the world.(Canton style)
* E2 k: F3 N; K" Atvb now,tvbnow,bttvbTraditional way of making noodle is impossible in Toronto.
. [& Q9 T  O+ c5.39.217.76雲吞 is easy, only shrimp and porks.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb& q3 t( r! |4 C& _# G6 D) w
Broth is hard , they all try to cut corner. Where is the taste, they should use pork bone/chicken bone, dried fish ,shrimp shell and young chive etc. Buy they used MSG instead.
