i upgraded my service to 4mb tim.. buthen the speed is still the same..7 y6 p% z; ^# [- s; `6 M; V# N( c9 l
damn regret upgraded the service to 4mb..* F6 J  T" C3 `0 M6 `. m( M
i didnt really use up to 4mb.. other than microsoft and certain server can provide me with 550kbs .. there is not much server will provide such high outflow bandwith..
