第二家園計畫將於2020年中暫停？

7月，在政治不穩定因素下，海外移民再次成為城中熱話。而馬來西亞「第二家園計畫」一直都是港人移民的其中一個考慮。原因是第二家園移民門檻低，只需要150萬港幣左右便可到馬來西亞置業。然而，第二家園計畫已實施了差不多22年。然而，直至7月，mm2h 計畫未見港人的申請有急劇上。而前幾天，大馬政府公佈決定暫時終止處理申請mm2h計畫直至2020年12月。雖然，mm2h 計畫申請暫停，但當地旅遊部長則聲稱mm2h計畫是有效幫助馬來西亞本地經濟發展。公仔箱論壇( x- v& l8 V" k1 p
想請教大家，mm2h 計畫的暫停，是否代表港人仍然可以到馬來西亞置業？只是不能透過mm2h計畫去買馬來西亞樓？ 因為早前看中了幾個吉隆坡樓盤，打算和家人透過mm2h計畫到馬來西亞移民，可是卻碰上這個小問題。

mm2h 和買樓是完全沒有關係.  沒有mm2h 也可以買樓(但要付合外國人買樓條件).  沒有買樓也可以申請mm2h.

! Z1 k, ~* M7 s+ d9 c7 O) T外國人買樓要有最低樓價限制.  大概是最少一百萬馬幣. (因州份不同, 有所不同).   本地中產家庭住的樓價大概是50萬.  所以當地人說, 過百萬馬幣的樓是起給外地人買的, 當地人沒有多少人會買.

Be honest, no point to take malaysia MM2H even living cost there is cheap. Low living cost comes with a lot of unknown and disadvantages. The Gov there is not really making sense at all and they broke the policy continunity. I was previously applied but my application form was being returned with abnormal reason, not sure this is luck to me or not, but I gave up already. I know quiet a lot of people who applied in the same time frame as mine, most of them already gave up and some already moved to England especially family with children.
