this must be very small "ulu " School only 13 student take part in UPSR Exam. Normally, only a few students in a class, their result must be perfect as teacher easy to teach and care of student on each subject and the teacher can concerntrate more time on this 13 students. But now ...... No wonder the Headmaster apologize to the parents!!!!
