她說，當她和丈夫到警局報案時，柜台警員花了約一個小時才完成報案程序，而且也沒有記錄下她被非禮和匪徒電單車號碼。

First, I want to say sorry  for the mistake I have made in posting this article.. (the word in blue) I have made a changes already but don't know why after posting the word go back to blue again. Can you forgive me about this mistake as I am first time posting the article in this forum... ? or maybe you can advise me.. thanks.

投訴辦案不專業, 報警遭怠慢 good to hear about people complaint about the service of the police officer.  I feel that they are too lazy  to work and 不專業 especially we need their help they just like don't care at all.  The same also happen to me, I still remember at that time is GongXi Raya,  I made a report and know where the malay thief stay, but the police don't do anything until I went and complaint, their head officer only entertain me and caught the thief ... and I took back my money but not in full because some used by the thief already.
