Seriously both Clippers and Lakers have been sharing this and the old stadium since the 1990's.  I don't see why decorating the stadium for the home team is anything wrong.  When the stadium is holding a NHL LA Kings game, the team do the same thing.  If any team complains, just build your own stadium!
