Not病! Only something stuck inside your body so you have to taking care of.... your body warning you now.

Try not to eat too full tomorrow during lunch time and see how. Drink 2 to 3 glasses water (non-stop) 1 hour before lunch it may help

I am not scaring 猫猫 because it happen to me before. feeling sleepy after lunch until I see Dr and quit this and that... now no more. Especially she is a lady, women always having a lot of women illness.... she have to taking care of herself

chinese always said 飯氣攻心好正常 but it depend on you and your body, it can be normal it can be something wrong. I rather taking care now then sorry later. Probably is your time to do body check. I did my body check every 6 month.

I dont mind to die straight but not the suffer one... you're not the one who suffer the most but someone close too you. Body check is almost free for me why not do it
