As a participant of the forum, if the student is allowed to speak only at the liking of the so called participant, there is no meaning to such a forum. If you would only like to spread your message without having the intention to answer the participant's question, don't have a forum, do it on radio or tv broadcast. Then you can say what ever you want or  invent new term like "Salam 1Malaysia" on radio, which by the way, I have never heard before Najib came to power.
