| why there is no one coming from PDRM stating whether it is allowable to take such a drastic action to stop a car? does the police has the right to take what ever action to achieve their objective? i watched high-speed chase on Astro, those policemen in US don't simply open fire during the pursuit process. i don't know abt malaysia. |
