Getting photos and videos from your iPhone to your Android is pretty easy. Connect your iPhone to your PC/Mac, choose Import pictures and videos option to import them on your PC or Mac. Once you have them on your computer, you can easily transfer them to your Android phone. With a Google account you can manually backup your iPhone contacts to your computer using iTunes. For this you need to open iTunes and plug in your iPhone to your computer and then select your iPhone in iTunes. Under the ‘Info’ tab, choose to Sync Contacts with Google Contacts. Done! I guess there is no direct way to transfer text messages from iPhone to android.
