yeah, u got a gd point here ckd, in NY chinatown, NY flushing, there is a joke about traffic police favoring to give tickets to chinese car owners. Coz, most of the chinese here got alot of cash, n just pay the tickets, n too busy to go to court.

n, chinese r often the target to rob, coz most of them carry cash in the wallet, ( not just Visas, or AE ) n the jewellery they wear are 100% real not fake
