The last time I pass by an Apong guy, I did not buy, because he flip with bare hands.  No gloves?
But sometimes I have to close one eye, or else nothing to eat....
Here many food vendors use gloves and mask.

《鱒魚》（Die Forelle）原本是一首詩，由德國18世紀的詩人舒巴特所作，他因為政治因素遭當局囚禁達10年之久，在牢獄中為了表達出對於自由的渴望，而寫了《鱒魚》表達心跡。舒伯特則是在1817年，甫滿20歲時就將這首詩譜成歌曲《鱒魚》，而在1819年更將《鱒魚》予以變奏處理而譜寫成共有五個樂章的「鋼琴五重奏」。


歌曲《鱒魚》分為三段：第一段歌詞敘述在清澈的小溪中，鱒魚來回悠遊的樣子。第二段突然出現了一個漁夫，雖然讓旁觀的人擔憂魚兒被捕，但因為河水清澈，魚兒不可能就此上鉤。所以魚兒，溪水，漁夫及旁觀者，在前兩段歌詞中並未發生變化，舒伯特也以相同的曲調描繪類似的場景。但到第三段時，歌詞起了戲劇性的變化，不耐久候的漁夫終於攪濁了溪水，當旁觀者出言咒罵他時，不幸的鱒魚已被釣起，曲調表現出哀傷。最後魚兒被捕，漁夫也走了，唯有旁觀者留在原地唏噓不已，大自然再度恢復原有的寧靜。
