i have the some issue, it is rmvb file and it download to 99.7% then it stop, i already try:

1) restart my computer, restart the file... ................still no go..' U, M3 Q9 R7 n8 b  Z1 w
2) delete the download file and task.. re-download the file....still stop at 99.7%
