i upgraded my service to 4mb tim.. buthen the speed is still the same..  a" B/ ]* ~. J4 l3 T' z
damn regret upgraded the service to 4mb..tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb" j3 P* W) B5 W2 Z" T+ F: N# J
i didnt really use up to 4mb.. other than microsoft and certain server can provide me with 550kbs .. there is not much server will provide such high outflow bandwith..
