yes.there do exits this problem ....gouverment did't really inform all the pertol station with black & white but just tell them by media only...... it's should be taken highly attention bout this so that our people that own a petrol station can follow the rules/

since we should do this long time ago cause this is our benifit but it's just taken advantage by ohther country ppl....
