* `- a  t# D9 h; @9 |5.39.217.76You bet your boots, soldier!  Twenty years ago I traveled to Western Samoa, a small island nation in the South Pacific and I found Chinese restaurants there operated by Chinese mainlanders.  I chatted with them and they told me their ultimate goal was to move over to the American Samoa and then hopefully someday they could move to the mainland United States.
