other than detergent, i will recommend baking soda to clean oily cookware. " j% E) T; M z7 l4 C" N. B W
because baking soda is more environmental friendly, even though you don't rinse your cookware throughly, it is still safe for your health

put some baking soda in the basin with water, put the cookware for 20 minutes, then you can clean your dishes easily
