After break up Birthday

This is my second birthday after we broke up ... 9 B1 ]4 Z2 C3 T* L. K  {* n
if your ex call you 2 days early b4 your birthday and told you that shes not gonna call you and say Happy Birthday on the day of your birthday.. wut does that mean?
