After break up Birthday

This is my second birthday after we broke up ...
' x* [" r7 x; E2 U( E6 U7 f/ b" dif your ex call you 2 days early b4 your birthday and told you that shes not gonna call you and say Happy Birthday on the day of your birthday.. wut does that mean?
