well of course is 鞏sir..logically. BUT knowing TVB writer style they put Jodie as the handler because later on Bosco (Michael) can use her as a bait and make Laughing choose between arresting him (Mi ...tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb! m2 g2 T) B- E5 d7 {% p% \

that is probably the way to go, but there is no need for Jodie to be the handler for this to happen.
