well of course is 鞏sir..logically. BUT knowing TVB writer style they put Jodie as the handler because later on Bosco (Michael) can use her as a bait and make Laughing choose between arresting him (Mi ...tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb0 `" ^3 A- [  J2 l( B( t! k$ G

that is probably the way to go, but there is no need for Jodie to be the handler for this to happen.
