i'm using 'Kaspersky internet security',it's a good one but still can't fix it,what can i do now?thank you

Do you download the program and scan?

If it is a good one your computer should be protected and able to fix or remove it!

i have solved the problem now but i do nothing with the software that you submit because Kaspersky give me a warning that this software contain high dangerous unwanted material (hidden),so i give up.I found that the problem is "the IE icon is infected malwares,so i delete the icon & everything is ok,anyway,thanks for your help
