BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.TVBNOW 含有熱門話題，最新最快電視，軟體，遊戲，電影，動漫及日常生活及興趣交流等資訊。- P0 A, F7 g& O
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb1 }. x# Y  e, Y! J! V3 U/ m
user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
