BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.
$ a& Z8 J7 j9 A1 M8 ^( R( }5 y/ _tvb now,tvbnow,bttvbtvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ A4 k; z7 c0 u% O. y
user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting

i think BT got problem or they block p2p agian?
