BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.5 O) ~. C2 F$ S* v" [0 @. F- ~9 V+ y

* k* K' z) r. R0 |( \4 Ttvb now,tvbnow,bttvbuser mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?
