BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.5.39.217.76. C4 z. T* V- \2 K" a, e' y

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
