BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* d6 D* ]1 {1 g2 z- ~/ n
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb* v' ]2 M6 [' ^0 F- ~$ w4 {3 W
user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

before the down time, my bt download speed is 100+, now is only <5
