BT download problem - STREAMYX user

Since this week, many streamyx user encounter the bt download problem, i believe it's the problem between streamyx and bt, others is fine, http download, browsing is all fine.tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb- A3 Y) }* ^5 r7 o) u$ a2 E. P# a, ^
tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb% M) s' j& z7 t1 h. s3 q: G
user mhkhoo say his bt download speed was ok, besides him, any other user is fine with the bt download speed?

All those settng actually doesn't help a lot because I experience 400+ in oversea also never change the setting
