What I am saying is that in 1988, US experts predicted earthquake occuring between 1988 and 1992 at Parkfield. Yes! It happended 12 years later. So Eventhough the Chinese expert predicted earthquake is coming, can they PINPOINT the date? 5.39.217.76: g2 L" ^( r+ E2 f3 E- z) G
Earthquake prediction is still not a mature science. Looking at the geological features the experts know the likely place. However I want to emphasize none can give an exact date.
