USGS predicted that a Parkfield earthquake of about M 6.0 earthquake would occur between 1988 and 1992. It did not occur until 2004.  Mind you this is done by USGS (United States Geological Survey).) X6 @/ A3 q3 z, b+ c/ l

What I am saying is that in 1988, US experts predicted earthquake occuring between 1988 and 1992 at Parkfield. Yes! It happended 12 years later. So Eventhough the Chinese expert predicted earthquake is coming, can they PINPOINT the date?
