原来有分内外IP的 我现在才知道 之前有发觉还以为speedtest有问题

刚刚test，速度很慢，果然60的很慢：公仔箱論壇: L1 g8 Q7 Q* G, J! t# k

之前发现的奇迹！（发生在8月10号）：但我忘了save那时的IP address，因为现在才知道有分别5.39.217.76% g" B  u  n8 O- A9 b6 x+ w
