原来有分内外IP的 我现在才知道 之前有发觉还以为speedtest有问题

刚刚test，速度很慢，果然60的很慢：5.39.217.76* L3 j, J. ?6 l( k! i

之前发现的奇迹！（发生在8月10号）：但我忘了save那时的IP address，因为现在才知道有分别
