Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?; G6 r( Y6 g# c0 ~+ s
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb  D6 D  X: z: A8 p  S4 v
can get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!
