Mepg and Divx which format is better !

Please help!!! Between Mepg I, II and Divx which format is better?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb/ o7 v; ?, p/ o1 V
I mean the pitcure quality, and also if I want to convert what video size I use tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb( h! L) c% L% F$ u- |0 D  Z
can get the best pitcure results?  Any person that can help me!!!!
