The ex-MB mentioned that he only apply for a loan of RM 3.5 mil and the whole house plus land cost RM 4 mil.
3 C; F# K7 j9 @' G. o: uSo let us do some calculation here, let say the cost land per square feet is at RM 70, thus with the land of our ex-MB bought is RM 70 x 55,000 square feet =  RM 3.85 mil (only land)
