A lot of thing is not been properly done and most of the investigatin is run on opposition party and not their owner, UMNO. This also shown that they not a totally independent party lile the ICAC in Hong Kong, although the rule and regulation guideline is far more better than ICAC.
# }1 j2 ]5 E4 t# h6 wThings must be done to improve the CPI, but very sad to say that with the same people managing it, I think there is no further improvement of the CPI in the near future.
