nero vision ...... help please

i add file , it came out a message like this : unabe to insert C:.............tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb. g! ~# f/ i# A; x' Z
just cannot add, why ?tvb now,tvbnow,bttvb6 ?' b) g: ]! \. C4 |% H7 G
