I remember JN not file but FIRE a complaint to UFC when the season start we didn't have the draft done in time.

I joined another 2 leagues, still not got drafted till today but doing auto draft by ufc.nba

I have a book called "American Idiom"... it even have a whole page of different uses of f~ word in  ...

on this one, I agreed with u,  it's a very common word in America, or English.
