[疑難求助] I-Pad vs Apple Mac Pro

Would any big brother be so kind to advise me :

I am looking for buying either I-Pad or Apple Notebook and hope to have your experience for my consideration -

My basic use are : reading newspaper on the internet, sometimes take photos for my family, read text messages, talk Whatsapp, use Line, sometimes watch Youtube.

Please also advise me what type of I-Pad or Notebook is suitable and good.
