If yes, i think Gilberto maybe refer to that player before he make any decision.

Sometime, this would always happen when a player "Plan" to transfer to that particular's club.

You are RIGHT

Gilberto can play in any position from the Backline. By keeping him, Wenger would have the "Super-Sub" on all this posistion!
