香港律師會今天發表政改意見書，有英文台記者在記者會上要求律師會會長林新強，就特首候選人是否要符合「愛國愛港」條件，以英文再覆述一次律師會的意見，惟林新強拒絕。亞視國際台在七點半晚間新聞，由於不滿林新強的態度，拒絕報道律師會的方案，並播出雙方對話，表示在香港所謂「國際城市」中做英文新聞，越來越困難。
