Everyone says that the Property Hegemony is not good to our society.  I agree with it.  It is nonsense that a 300 odd metres (constructive metres) costs more than $3 million HKD for a new flat in Hunghom.  How the young generation could have his or her nuclear family in a new flat.  Should the youth all live in old flats.
