Built over a deep ravine in the Sierra Madre Occidental Mountains ofnorthern Mexico, the 403m-tall (1,322ft) Baluarte bridge was opened byPresident Felipe Calderon on Thursday.2 A" T$ [# p" V6 ]/ [" ]" O
