from those photo in fb, i believe that them theirselves, you konw who i mean arrange their own ppl to start the chaos... now wanto blame others... they really thought that the ppl r dumb ass??
our police here actually is license gangster... they are not competent to protect ppl... they know how to bully ppl only and get corruption from ppl... if you ask them to caught thief, they will always come after the thief left...
