god damn it! how brainless they are!!! or, are they really so poor?! IT knowledge and skill can't gain in a one simple day!! it's the experience where we all learn everyday!!! now they setup another RULE to control it?! how bloody much money can they earn from this f**king project now? this is totally unacceptable!! do something on this rule!! they "A" too much money from the citizen already!
