do u think we really need BERNAS to monitor everything?? in my point of view, BERNAS is also one of the main thing our rice price increase like hell... damn it... they are not so call subsidies the price for us but they extra CHARGE us the price... all of the goverment related company r money sucker... shut down the BERNAS, let the market open, only then we have competative n cheaper price
